How do I receive my BluBux voucher?
You will receive an SMS with a mobile code and the amount that you have cashed out from your gaming account.
Are the funds available immediately to spend or withdraw?
Yes, they are
What is the minimum and maximum amount that I can cash out from a gaming platform using a BluBux voucher?
You can cash out any amount between R50 and R3000 per day, up to a maximum of R25 000 per month.
Can I send the cash out to someone else’s mobile number?
Yes, you can. The mobile number that you enter when requesting the cash out from the gaming platform will receive the SMS with the mobile code.
Do I pay anything when using the BluBux voucher?
No, you don’t. It is free to spend or withdraw cash when using the BluBux voucher at

Can I partially redeem my voucher?
Yes, you can do a partial redemption of your voucher at select retailers. You will receive an SMS with a new mobile code for the balance of the voucher.
Do I need to register to receive a BluBux voucher?
No registration is required.
What do I say when using the BluBux voucher at the till?
You tell the cashier that you are using a mobile CODE when making payment. The cashier will ask for the 13-digit code and then process the payment
How long is the BluBux voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid for 3 years
How do I get a new BluBux voucher code if I can’t find the SMS or lose my phone?
You can contact our Customer Interaction Centre by calling us on 0800 014 942 or WhatsApp us on 011 568 9050 to request a new voucher code. The code can only be sent to the same mobile number that was entered at the time of the withdrawal from the gaming platform.
What do I do if my mobile number changes from the mobile number I used when making a withdrawal from the gaming platform?
Always remember to save your SMS which shows the mobile code. The mobile code is linked to the mobile number that was entered at the time of withdrawal from the gaming platform, so we will not be able to send you a new voucher code to a new mobile number.
